Privacy Policy
FORMnFUEL ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy informs you about how we handle your personal data, your privacy rights, and how the law protects you.
Data We Collect
Every data item collected and processed within FORMnFUEL, aligned with our database schema (user_body_profile, weight_log, diet_logs, workout_logs) and storage buckets:
Authentication & Passwords
FORMnFUEL does not hold or manage plain-text passwords. User authentication is powered exclusively by Supabase Auth. Passwords are securely hashed using one-way cryptographic algorithms (Argon2 / bcrypt) by Supabase infrastructure. FORMnFUEL application code and proxy servers never receive, process, or store plain-text passwords.
Third-Party Services & Data Processors
Primary cloud infrastructure. Data stored in region ca-central-1 (Montreal, Canada), encrypted in transit via TLS/HTTPS and at rest.
Google Sign-In processes identity tokens. The Gemini API processes prompt text and image payloads in-memory via our secure proxy over TLS. User data is not sold or used to train public models.
Used to search food databases for nutrition facts. Only food search query strings are passed — no user profile, email, or identity data is transmitted.
FORMnFUEL does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data, body metrics, health notes, or photos with ad networks, data brokers, or third parties.
Children's Privacy (Under-16 Handling)
FORMnFUEL is strictly intended for individuals aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal data from individuals under 16 years of age. If we become aware that an account has been created by or contains personal data of a person under 16, we will immediately terminate the account and purge all associated personal data from our active databases.
Terms of Use
Acceptance & Age Representation Warranty
By downloading, installing, registering, or using FORMnFUEL, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you are expressly prohibited from registering an account or using FORMnFUEL.
Unauthorized Activities & Intellectual Property
All software, visual interfaces, UI design, icons, custom algorithms, and database schemas are the intellectual property of FORMnFUEL (Neeraj Ghansela). You agree not to perform unauthorized reverse engineering, decompilation, scraping, or redistribution of any part of the application.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to FORMnFUEL shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FORMnFUEL, its developer, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to FORMnFUEL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 CAD, whichever is greater.

Not Medical Advice
FORMnFUEL provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before starting a training program, changing your diet, or acting on any recommendation in the app — particularly if you are pregnant, managing a chronic condition, taking medication, or recovering from injury.
AI-Generated Guidance
Workout plans, calorie and macro targets, body fat estimates, and meal suggestions are generated by automated models from the information you provide. Outputs are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing every plan for suitability, adjusting loads and portions to your own capacity, and stopping any exercise that causes pain.
Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By using FORMnFUEL you voluntarily assume that risk and agree that the developer and affiliates are not liable for any injury, health complication, or loss arising from your use of the app or its recommendations.
Account Deletion
Deleting Your Account In-App
What Gets Erased
Deleting your account permanently removes every record tied to your user ID:
This includes your body metrics, injury notes, meal and training history, uploaded progress photos, and authentication record.
Retention & Backups
Active database records are purged immediately. Encrypted infrastructure backups held by our hosting provider roll off within 30 days, after which no copy of your data remains. We retain no anonymized derivative of your health data after deletion.
Rights & Governance
Your Rights
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you in a structured, machine-readable format.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete profile, body metric, or log data — most fields are editable directly in-app.
Delete your account and all associated health data at any time, as described in section 04.
Withdraw consent for processing of special-category health data. Withdrawal ends personalized planning features.
Ask us to restrict processing, or object to a particular use of your data.
Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your local EU supervisory authority.
Making a Request
Send requests from the email address tied to your account. We verify identity before releasing or deleting data and respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Document
We may update this document as the app evolves or as regulation changes. Material changes are announced in-app before they take effect, and the effective date at the top of this page is revised. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
